1. Who is responsible

The operator responsible for this website is Dr. Darren Pulsipher, operating the AI-Augmented website. The public contact route for privacy questions and requests is provided in the Contact section below.

The site does not publish a residential or business mailing address. Where a written address is required for a privacy request or legal notice, request the current address through the public contact route before sending sensitive information.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the site, you may provide:

• an email address when subscribing to the newsletter;
• an email address when requesting assessment results by email;
• messages or information you include when contacting the site operator; and
• information you choose to include in a form, feedback message, or other interaction.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive personal, health, student, client, trade-secret, or other protected information unless you are authorized to do so and the submission channel is approved for that information.

3. Assessment and browser storage

The assessment runs in your browser. The current implementation stores your selected lens, stage, maturity, and update time in browser local storage under aa-journey-state. It also sets an aa_journey_state cookie that can persist for up to one year so the site can remember your path.

Assessment answers and calculated results are not sent to the site operator by the assessment form in the current implementation. If you choose to email your results, the email address is sent to the external newsletter provider described below. Your browser may remove this locally stored information through its settings, and the site cannot retrieve it after removal.

4. Campaign and usage information

If a page URL contains campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, or utm_term, the site may store those values in session storage for the current browsing session. The site code can create in-browser engagement events, such as link clicks or assessment starts, for a measurement system if one is configured by the deployment.

The current repository does not include a configured analytics vendor. The hosting provider may independently collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, device, requested URL, and time of request. Confirm the hosting provider, log retention period, and any analytics or consent tools before publication and update this notice if they change.

5. Newsletter and emailed results

If you subscribe to the newsletter or request emailed assessment results, the form sends your email address to the external email provider configured for the site. That provider may process the address, subscription status, delivery information, and unsubscribe status to operate the mailing list. Review and identify the provider's current privacy notice, processing location, retention practices, and contractual terms before publication.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter message. Unsubscribing stops future promotional messages but may not remove records that must be retained for legal, security, or suppression-list purposes.

6. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website;
• remember a journey or preference in your browser;
• send newsletter messages or assessment results you requested;
• respond to questions, requests, or support messages;
• understand aggregate engagement and improve content; and
• comply with legal obligations, protect rights, and prevent misuse.

The site operator will not use assessment answers to make decisions about your eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, health care, education, housing, or other services.

You may choose not to provide optional information. You can clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

8. Sharing and service providers

The operator may share information with service providers that host the website, process forms, deliver email, provide security, or support site operations. Those providers may process information only as needed for their services and under their own terms or contractual obligations.

Browser journey data remains until it expires or you clear it. Session campaign data normally remains only for the browser session. Newsletter and emailed-result information is retained by the email provider according to its configuration and legal obligations. Contact messages and technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

Before publication, the operator should set and document specific retention periods for each system and provider.

10. Security

The operator uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information and the risk. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. Do not send information through this site that you are not authorized to disclose or that requires controls the site has not confirmed.
